1. The option figure. (Agreed purchase price with full Planning Permission)
2. A realistic timescale to achieve full Planning Permission.

Joint Venture - If you currently have a site with planning permission or potential planning permission but do not have the resources to complete it, why not contact us to see if there’s an opportunity to carry it out as a joint venture

Finders fee - Do you know of a potential development site? Put us in touch, if we purchase the site you will qualify for a pre-agreed finders fee
